Top10BestOnlineCasinos Staff Review
Top highlights: Fantastic range of slot games available, from several different software providers.
VIP or loyalty programme: VIP or loyalty programme: Yes
Other offerings: None - but they do have a separate sports betting site.
There isn’t a whole lot to choose from at LeoVegas when it comes to promotions - mostly it's just the welcome bonus for new players, as well as a sports betting bonus (for fans of LeoVegas’ sports betting sister site, which is strangely inaccessible from the casino site), a VIP promotion and something seasonal for players - e.g. Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day.
What's on offer looks generous, and as if it has added value for players. We know that it's not quantity but quality, but given the types of bursting promotion pages we see day in day out, we were still a little miffed at what - at first glance - looked a bit bare.
There are games aplenty here, with something for every type of player:
Slots - 335 of them to be precise! There’s also a lovely range of classic slots, including fan-favourite Jackpot Jester.
Live casino games - 10 of them, including Mega Fortune and Hall of Gods
Blackjack - 13 variations, such as Double XPosure and 6-in-1 Blackjack
Roulette - 15 variations, with some really interesting ones, including KeyBet Roulette and 20p Roulette
There are, we are told by LeoVegas, over 800 games to choose from. And that’s before we get to the 40-odd live casino games! These include all of the usual favourites (live roulette, live blackjack, etc.), and goes above and beyond to add some that even we haven't heard of, including:
Celebrity Blackjack Party
LeoVegas Silent Blackjack
Live Rocket Roulette
And more - it’s well worth having a bit of an exploring session yourself.
For slot game variety, players are really in for a treat. There are all of the most popular slots available to play here, including:
Book of Dead
Guns N’ Roses
We could go on and on, but you really should see all of them for yourself.
This is where LeoVegas lets us down a little - there is a separate sports betting site, but for some reason, you can’t access it from the casino site, despite there being promotions relating to sports betting on the promotions page.
There's a very nice selection of software providers in play here indeed, with a nice mix of industry leaders and smaller companies to give players a solid range of different types of games!
Software providers include:
What this means is that players can rest assured that they're getting solid, reliable and fun games, thanks to the likes of ‘the big two’ - NetEnt and Microgaming - while also gaining some exposure to lesser-known (but still pretty punchy) software developers.
LeoVegas is actually an award-winning casino, which they're surprisingly modest about. The only evidence of their prize-winning mobile casino is one sliding banner, and also right at the bottom of the casino screen, all the way down by the footer. They’ve won a plethora of awards, including EGR’s Mobile Operator of the Year in 2016, EGR’s Casino Operator of the Year in 2017, and the International Gaming Awards’ Online Casino Operator of the Year in 2017.
And, if that weren't enough, their app is also award-winning. Available on both iOS and Android devices, their apps were voted as EGR’s Best Innovation in Mobile and Tablet in 2016, and the Best Native App in EGR’s 2017 Marketing and Innovation Awards. Not bad at all!
Thankfully, LeoVegas are straight shooters, calling their VIP programme what it is - the LeoVegas VIP Programme. They describe it as a ‘VIP experience fit for a king’ - and at first glance, it looks pretty impressive.
Every player, from their first deposit, starts off on the VIP ladder. The casino doesn't have a comp points system, and a player's VIP status depends on how much they deposit each and every time. The more you deposit, the higher your status (obviously), and the higher your status, the better the bonuses and promotions offered to you.
Once you're signed up and made your first deposit, you’ll see a VIP status bar appear in the navigation bar - you can watch it grow as you make deposits.
The main event, as it were, with the VIP programme is the monthly prize draw. To enter, one ‘lion’ - player - from each VIP group level is picked to win a prize. Those chosen will be given a unique code, which will allow them to pick their own prize from LeoVegas’ selection - in the past, these have included cash prizes, Apple products and more.
Otherwise, there are several other VIP bonuses available to eligible players, including invitations to exclusive VIP events, dedicated account managers, unique birthday rewards and more.
LeoVegas accepts a good, if small, range of payment methods. For most, the minimum deposit is £10, while for depositing with Trustly, it's a paltry £5. Not bad!

Players can withdraw their cash with each of these methods, starting with a minimum of £20. Withdrawals, according to the casino, can take up to 5 days to appear in your account - and that this is sped up if a player's account has been verified with the casino prior to withdrawing.
They also add that, while there are no fees to withdraw your winnings (which is quite nice of them!), this is limited to up to 3 transactions per rolling 30-day period. Making over 3 withdrawals within a 30-day period will see the excess charged at £3 per withdrawal.

We’ve been doing his long enough to remember the days when LeoVegas was just starting out, and we’re impressed at how far it's come. From the range of games on offer to the awards won, we're pretty impressed… not to mention the rather spiffy mobile apps.
LeoVegas is a great place to both start your online gaming journey, and continue it - there’s a lot to like here for both newbies and more regular online gamers. We say give LeoVegas a go - we’re sure you won't regret it!
